Apple Pie

This is a simple recipe and a favorite fall dessert. Of course, you can enjoy apple pie all year round, but it’s especially tasty in fall.

Ingredients:

Apples

Sugar-1tbs

Cinnamon-2tsp

Topping:

Flour-1cup

Sugar-1/2cup

Eggs -1

Butter-1 1/2stick (unsalted,melted)

Fill a pie dish 2/3 with apples, add the sugar and cinnamon, mix well and set aside. Mix the melted butter (not hot)and sugar, add the egg and mix it in well. Add the flour slowly, and mix well. Pour the topping over the apples, preheat oven to 350°, bake for about 45-50min.

Note: You can add more sugar or cinnamon if you want.
